sorry i haven't been writing much, but i've been baking the same stuff. seems as though i've made some things that my bosses like. so, i decided to work on my egg flipping skills. this was my first attempt at eggs over easy, and it turned out really well!

banana bread and an apology

okay, the apology is first. i'm sorry that i haven't posted in so long. i really don't have an excuse other than i've been lazy. i did go to my friend darryl's wedding over memorial day weekend (mazel tov!), but as far as being busy over the last few weeks, not so true.

so, to make it up to everyone, i'm posting the new/old banana bread recipe i used the other week. it's new because it is the first time i've used it, and it's old because it was in a 1991 issue of gourmet magazine...

i've left out the nuts (due to an allergy) and coconut (because no one likes it), but it turned out great, the best yet...
